June, July, August- $2500 weekly, Saturday to Saturday. $300 refundable deposit. $250 cleaning fee. Off season price- April, May & September, October $2200 weekly. Quail suite rental only for off season- $1500 weekly or $800 Friday-Sunday. Cabin 325 has five bedrooms and a loft that each sleeps 2 people for a total of 12 with 2 bathrooms. GROUND FLOOR: Separate, private entrance called the “The Quail Suite.” 1000 sq ft, 3 rooms. King size bedroom: ceiling fan. Kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Full bathroom with a large, tiled shower. Corian countertops. Dining area for 4 with table and chairs. Pine cabinets, walls, and ceilings. Tile floor through the Quail Suite. MAIN FLOOR: Living room with wood-burning stove, ceiling fan. Electric roll-down screen. Lazy-boy electric love seats and recliners. Waterproof, heavy-duty vinyl planking throughout the main floor. Pine cabinets, walls, and ceilings throughout. Dining area for 12. Kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator. Under-counter lights. Under-stairs pantry. Full bath with large, tiled shower. King bedroom and bedroom with trundle bed. UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms and a loft : one queen room; a room with 2 long twin beds; and loft area that sleeps two. The loft is our Lord of the Rings loft decorated after one of our favorite book series. The queen room is Anne’s Alcove dedicated to Anne of Green Gables with accents dedicated to our favorite red head. Narnia’s Nook is our room with 2 long twin beds dedicated to C.S. Lewis’s classic children’s series. Each room is decorated to reflect the book series. The outside deck has plenty of deck furniture, gazebo area, picnic bench and twinkle lights. Escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of God's creation. Our cabin offers a serene retreat, providing the perfect setting for quality time with your loved ones and the Lord. It's a place where you can create unforgettable memories and enjoy all the experiences Hume Lake has to offer. $1250 deposit due at the time of booking along with a $300 refundable deposit. $1250 due one month before stay plus $250 cleaning fee. Cancellations accepted if made at least 1 month before stay. We know how bringing all the supplies for the week can be challenging. At Cabin 325, we will supply some of the necessities to help.
