Our slice of heaven is located on Fern Street and is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 2-bath, three-story cabin with convenient off-street parking for two cars. The main floor (2nd floor) features an open floor plan with lots of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, spacious living room, and a generous front deck with a patio dining table (seats 6–8), gas grill, and lounge chairs—perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. The basement (1st floor) is set up for fun and entertainment with a massive 86" television with Roku, DVD player, a comfortable sofa, three reclining chairs, and a ping pong table. You'll also find a variety of games, movies, and recreational equipment such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and beach chairs for your enjoyment. Sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms on the 3rd floor (with two Cal king and two queen beds) and a master bedroom on the main floor (with a Cal king bed). There are two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs. The cabin includes Wi-Fi, but please bring your own bed linens, towels, and consumables. Renters are responsible for leaving the cabin clean for the next guest.

Deposit and rental payment: A deposit of $600 is due at least 90 days prior to the Check-in Date. The deposit is non-refundable and applied toward the rental fees. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. Payment in full (less the deposit) is due at least 30 days prior to the Check-in Date. The deposit and rental payment can be made via Venmo (@Jennifer-Burhgdorf / (818) 257-0660), Zelle (burghdorf@hotmail.com/(818) 257-0660), or check (mailed to Jennifer Burghdorf, 2353 Montrose Avenue, Montrose, CA 91020). Designed for fun and downtime, the lower level includes a cozy movie area with an 86” television and DVD player, a large sofa, three reclining chairs, and a ping pong table. We also provide a wide assortment of games, puzzles, books, and movies, along with recreational gear such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and beach chairs for lake days and outdoor adventures.
