Hayward, John & Hofer, Joy $1,400 per week (4 occupants) /$600 per weekend (4 occupants) rates for 2026 Available May-Oct. Accommodates: 6 (extra charge for over four occupants) Booking opens Feb 1. Large A-frame cabin – 2 bedrooms, 1 loft, 1 bath. Wood stove, microwave, Cuisinart coffee maker, complete kitchen (dishes, pans, toaster, etc.) split air conditioning in main floor bedrooms and portable AC unit for living area, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi internet, gas BBQ on deck. Within easy walking distance to the conference center. Bring your own bath and kitchen towels and bed sheets/pillowcases. Paper products, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo and bath soap provided. June-August rented by week (Sunday to Saturday) only. $200 cleaning (cleaning instructions and checklist provided at the cabin) and security deposit, 50% refundable if cabin is left clean and undamaged. The 2026 rate is $1400 per week (6 nights) with 4 person occupancy. There is a $200 cleaning and security deposit – 50% refundable if the cabin and equipment is left clean and undamaged when vacating. $75 per additional person over 4 per week with a maximum occupancy of 6. A $700 deposit is required to confirm the booking. The 2026 weekend rate in May or September is $600 per weekend ($300/night) with up to 4 person occupancy – $25 per additional person for more than 4 person occupancy. A full payment is required to confirm the booking. You will need to bring your own linens, kitchen and bath towels. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, tissue paper. Kitchen has Cuisinart coffee maker, microwave, table service, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Features include: 2 bedrooms, 1 loft, 1 bath. Wood stove. Microwave. HVAC Mini splits for the 2 bedrooms, Gas BBQ on deck, Wi-Fi Internet. Within easy walking distance to conference center.
