Summer Rental $1,900/week (Sun 4pm-Sat 10am) June-August Available: April-September Full payment up front for summer rental Not Available Labor Day Weekend The Legacy Cabin accommodates 11+. 1,144sq ft two story cabin, 3 bedrooms, plus loft, 1 bath and separate vanity by back door. Downstairs- 2 bedrooms (1) King bed & (1) Queen bed. Upstairs- bedroom with (1) King bed and (1) Twin bed. The Loft has (1) King bed and (1) Twin bed. There is (1) Twin bed under stairs for that extra person. Ceiling fans in each room & living room. Full kitchen, microwave, toaster, oven/stove, refrig, Kuerig, coffee maker (no dishwasher). Propane barbeque with seating and picnic table for eating outside on 600 sq ft deck. Games, cards, FREE WiFi. Renter is responsible for bedding, towels & consumables (paper products & food/snacks). NO smoking, NO pets, NO guns & NO laundry facility on site. Off street parking for 2-3 cars depending on size. Three to four minute walk to the Ark, five to six minute walk to lake.
